Criado en Tampa y residente actual de San Petersburgo, Dean obtuvo una Licenciatura en Finanzas de la Universidad de Florida en 2019 antes de graduarse de la Facultad de Derecho de Stetson en 2024. Admitido en el Colegio de Abogados de Florida en 2024, Dean es miembro de la Asociación de Justicia de Florida y de la Asociación de Abogados Litigantes de Tampa Bay, así como de los Colegios de Abogados de San Petersburgo y Hillsborough. Dean comenzó a trabajar en Jeeves Law Group, P.A. como asistente legal mientras estudiaba derecho y fue contratado como abogado tras ser admitido en el Colegio de Abogados de Florida.
