There is a movement to limit your right to medical treatment through required Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage following an auto accident. Some of the MULTIPLE amendments include paying for an ER visit ONLY or only treating injuries that were diagnosed with 72 hours after the accident. This means that if you did not go directly to the ER or if you don’t develop symptoms within this time frame, you no longer have benefits.

These measures are being proposed to RESCUE the INSURANCE COMPANIES from FRAUD.

Tell the insurance companies to use the current laws in place and STOP CHANGING PIP YEAR AFTER YEAR, which is making it confusing for all people.
